Top Ten Tuesday: My Fall TBR

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the Broke and the Bookish

It’s been a couple weeks since my last Top Ten Tuesday, whoops. But I’m excited for this week’s prompt because it’ll give me a chance to figure out which books I really want to read before the end of the year.

I usually don’t do TBR lists and stick to them in whatever order. Usually I just see what I have unread on my shelf or I go and buy a new book (or three).

Of course, this year has been a huge book buying year plus a bigger year for reviewing ARCs, so I have plenty of unread piles. Most of those will probably end up on this list.

The Books of Fall …

Dark Matter by Blake Crouch

I excitedly accepted this as a free book to review. It’s right up my alley and I’ve seen nothing but good review from fellow readers/ bloggers/ reviewers. I’m behind on getting around to books that I need to read and review, but this will probably be next up!

The Wolf Road by Beth Lewis

This is another book that I need to read and review. I was really excited when it became available from Blogging for Books. Some descriptions have likened it to the movie Hanna, which I really enjoyed. I think I’ve seen others really enjoy this one as well.

Time Zero by Carolyn Cohagan

I don’t remember how I discovered this book (probably through Goodreads) but it sounds so interesting and I found it for a good price on Book Depository. Plus it will be be my Letter Z for my 2016 Alphabet Reading Challenge.

The Sisters Brothers by Patrick DeWitt

I swear that I will read this book this fall! And yes I’m aware that I’ve been saying that I’ll finally read it for months now.

Fire Touched by Patricia Briggs

I just found that Barnes and Noble has this in mass paperback! Finally! I can’t wait until I devour it.

Beard Science by Penny Reid

I cannot wait for this one! Just two weeks away!

Ruin and Rising by Leigh Bardugo

I finally got the paperback of this book and I now I just need to read it. I actually may end up reading the whole trilogy again.

The Circle by Dave Eggers

This is another book I’ve had for too long. I’ve heard good things about it. Plus, I want to read it before the movie comes out!

All Current Throne of Glass books

I own the first three books and I’ve read the first two years ago, but I really want to catch up and read all of them. Though I think I’ve seen some readers disappointed about the latest release?

With that last entry, I think I went beyond ten books, but that’s okay. I have so many more books that I want to read by the end of the year. So let’s hope that I read most of these on the list!

Any of these on your Fall TBR?

XO Nicole
