Top Ten Tuesday: Series I Haven’t Gotten Around to Starting (Yet)

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the Broke and the Bookish

Happy Tuesday!

Similar to my last week’s Top Ten Tuesday post, this week is all about series, particularly those I haven’t read – yet. While last week’s topic was on series starter books that I recently added to my TBR, this week’s topic is more about general series I want to read, but haven’t started yet.

The Series

Shades of Magic by V.E. Schwab

I actually own the first two in this series, but for some reason haven’t started it yet. I do know that the third book just came out, so I might wait a little longer until I can get that one in paperback as well. Or I might not.

The Great Library by Rachel Caine

One of the book blogging programs had this book up for grabs for in return of a review, the last print copy, and I had to get it. Hopefully I will be starting this series soon!

The Diviners by Libba Bray

I loved one of Bray’s earlier trilogies that I devoured when I was in early high school. I got really excited when I saw that she had a new series coming out, but I haven’t quite gotten around to reading this one yet.

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

I had this on my list to pick up from the library a few months ago, but it never happened. I’m hoping to eventually get to it.

Air Awakens by Elise Kova

I don’t how long I’ve had this on my TBR list. I’ve seen several other bloggers enjoy this book and I really want to as well!

The Raven Cycle by Maggie Stiefvater

I’ve heard nothing by great things from this author and I cannot wait to read something of hers!

The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon

This is another author and series that I’ve read a lot of good things about. Another one I’m hoping to pick up soon!

Peter Grant by Ben Aaronovitch

This series is supposed to have similarities with Rook by Daniel O’Malley and I know someone else that has read it and really enjoyed it.

A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas

I started to not love her other series as much (though I still have to read Empire of Storms), but I heard people have enjoyed this series, so we’ll see if I’ll pick it up.

Millennium by Stieg Larsson

It’s been years since I’ve wanted to read this series!

Have you read any of these series? Are you hoping to dive into one or more of them like me?

    • I still can’t believe that I haven’t been able to pick up the Millennium trilogy yet even though it’s been on my list for years!
I think I’ve seen other mixed reviews for Raven Boys and definitely mixed reviews for ACOTAR. I think I’m more excited about some of the other series on my list though 🙂

  2. I really want to read The Shades of Magic trilogy too! Everyone raves about it SO much 🙂 I really hope you get around to reading the Six of Crows duology, The Raven Cycle and the ACOTAR books! These are some of my favorite fantasy series and they’re totally worth the hype! I hope you enjoy all these series 🙂

  3. The Shades of Magic, Raven Cycle and The Great Library books are all great. ACOTAR is good, but the second book is definitely better than the first, I have yet to read the third. I just started reading The Bone Season and it’s been good so far. I have Six of Crows to read later this summer and I’m really excited for it because I’ve heard such great things.
