The Valentine’s Day Book Tag

Happy Valentine’s Day! What better way to celebrate then with a related book tag? I’ve always been single on Valentine’s Day .. either a relationship ends sometime in January or one starts months after or I’ve just been single. Regardless, I started sending my sister a valentine’s day card every year and this year I hope to send them out to all my girlfriends. It’s a much more fun way of celebrating the consumer holiday.

Though I will never say no to chocolates from anyone.

I found this tag on the lovely Heather’s aka the Sassy Book Geek’s blog, check out her post here! The original creator of this tag is CC’s Books.

Stand Alone Book You Love

The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien

Only because I’m currently traveling through Middle Earth right now as I read the trilogy.

Dystopian Book You Love

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

Can’t go wrong with one of the books that helped start the craze.

A Book That You Love But No One Else Talks About

The Blue Girl by Charles de Lint

Probably because this book is older now, but this book is what got me hooked onto de Lint as an urban fantasy writer.

Favorite Book Couple

Beard Science by Penny Reid

Ooh this one was hard! But I have to give it to Cletus and Jenn. I just love them both so much!

Book That Other People Love But You Haven’t Read Yet

A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab

You were given a box of chocolate what fictional boyfriend/ or girlfriend would given them to you.

You are Single on Valentines Day. What Book would you read? What TV show would you watch? What Movie would you watch?

Well, since I will actually being reading it – The Two Towers by J.R.R. Tolkien. I’ll most likely continue by binge of Criminal Minds (or maybe start the newest season of Sabrina). Movie … hmm, I might go romrom with this one. I have yet to watch Holiday in the Wild.

You are in the Book Store. All of a Sudden you get shot with an arrow by Cupid. What New Release will you love?

Seven Deadly Shadows by Courtney Alameda and Valynne E. Maetani
