Thank you to Abby at Beyond the Read for nominating me! Definitely go check her blog out!
This is the second time I’m been nominated (or is it awarded?) the Liebster Award. I love the idea of bloggers giving awards like these to others … giving all the love!
What’s your favorite emoji?
Ooh, I think I’ll have to go with the ‘I don’t know shrug’. Mostly because I use it way more often than I think I should be.
If you had the chance to bring a fictional character to life, who would it be and why?
Doctor Who! I just started watching the 2005 series and I’m loving it so far. I would love to be able to actually travel though space and time.
What was your favorite subject in school?
Hmm, usually I would say English/ Literature, but I have more fond memories of being in History class.
What would you choose to do if you knew you couldn’t fail at it?
Ooh this is harder than I thought. Three things popped into my head: criminal profiler, bookshop owner, and interior decorator/ designer. But the one that would scare me the most is being a bookshop owner simply because owning an indie bookshop is getting harder and harder. SO knowing I wouldn’t fail would be nice!
Audiobooks, e-books, or physical copies: which is your favorite format?
Definitely physical with audiobooks in close second!
What historical figure would you most like to meet?
Oh my gosh, so many! I think it would be pretty cool to meet Cleopatra, or Queen Victoria, or Jane Austen. Galileo, da Vinci, or President Lincoln too. I can’t choose!
What is your favorite genre? Your least favorite genre?
Favorite genre is a tie between mystery/thriller and fantasy. Least favorite is historical fiction.
What book do you need in your life ASAP?
Ready Player Two by Ernest Cline .. I also want a blurb!
What is your favorite social media platform?
Instagram for sure. It’s the only one I use consistently.
What makes you weird?
I talk to myself a lot, though mostly it’s just talking out loud.
Are you more of a night owl or an early bird?
Definitely early bird!
And there you have it! My answers to Abby’s questions. A big thank you again!
