The past couple months have been lackluster for me in terms of reading and blogging. The bright side, is that most of you continue to write great reviews and discussion posts!
Because I haven’t been logging into WordPress that much this past month, this list is on the shorter side. I know that I probably missed at least a few good posts .. sorry! And as always, no matter what I put in these posts, you and your blog is awesome!
The Posts
Marie at Drizzle and Hurricane Books talks about how to make your blog stand out. The five tips she gives are great; particularly about finding your blogging/ writing voice. I’ve been blogging for I think 5 years now and I’m not entirely sure what my voice is. Maybe I’ll start playing around with posts.
Brigid at the Alliterates gives us romcoms for fantasy nerds. The title alone got me clicking on the post. I’ve heard of a couple of the titles and even have one of them on my TBR.
Jamie at Perpetual Page Turner talks about whether Kindle Unlimited is even worth it. I decided a few months ago that it wasn’t worth it for me, not when I can get many of the books through my library. The price wasn’t crazy but when it came down to it, I just wasn’t using KU often enough to make the price worth it.
May at Forever and Everly talks about her book review writing process and provides a few tips. I’ve been struggling with my reviews lately, so this post popping up on my feed is perfect timing!
Jayati at It’s Just a Coffee Addicted Bibliophile talks about some of her favorite tropes, why she loves them and some book recommendations. I personally just keep track of the tropes I don’t like, but I love her recommendations!
The Orangutan Librarian talks about audiobooks that she highly recommends. I’ve read four of the list and definitely concur that they are great audiobooks! Definitely check out the list!
