Hello you beautiful person!

I’m Nicole, nice to meet you! Welcome to my corner of the (internet) world. I’m a 29 year old/young (depends on the day) US dweller with an addiction to books, tea, and sweets.

After graduating college and moving back home late 2013, I found that I had more time to read than ever and promptly started to add to my TBR. I started with a classic book challenge and realized that I wanted a place to share my thoughts. And so Sorry, I’m Booked was born.

I soon started a second blog that focused more on my journey to becoming healthier plus other general life reflections. However, managing two blogs got a bit difficult and I quickly noticed I became more excited to post on this blog compared to the other one.

So in 2015, I merged the two blogs and kept the name Sorry, I’m Booked because most of my time is taken up with books, baking, babbling, among other things. And those things are what I plan on posting the most about, so I hope you’ll join me!

Take a look around and I hope you enjoy! 🙂

Add me as a friend on Goodreads 🙂

  1. Hey, I enjoyed reading your bio, Nicole. I’m going to go out on a limb here. Since your time seems to be taken up with all things beginning with ‘b,’ (blogging, books, baking, babbling–haha, me, too), do you perhaps also engage in any of the following? Basketball, birdwatching, bowling, basket weaving. ballroom dancing? XD

    • Thanks! 🙂 No to basketball, more of a football person and even then I’m not as die-hard as many other people. No to birdwatching and basket weaving. I do love to bowl, though I haven’t been in awhile. I love country swing dancing, though I don’t go really anymore, does that count? haha 🙂
