3 Days 3 Quotes | Day 2

Happy Friday!! I still have several hours until my weekend officially arrives and I can’t wait.

So, welcome to day 2 of the 3 Days 3 Quotes challenge – Thank you again to Kendra from Reads and Treats for tagging me in your round 2 🙂

I had trouble finding a quote for today, I mean there are just so many good ones to choose from!! I finally decided on this one from one of my favorite books, The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon:

“Destiny is usually just around the corner. Like a thief, a hooker, or a lottery vendor: its three most common personifications. But what destiny does not do is home visits. You have to go for it.”

I have to tell you, it was hard to choose just one solely from this book! But I chose this one because I simply love it and I thought it was interesting – though destiny and dreams might be similar in this context?
