2021 Releases I Hope to Read This Year

With how long my TBR list is, I don’t always keep track of new releases or are even able to read them soon after the release date. With the library hold capability, I actually got to read some new releases around the time they came out rather than my usual waiting. Which can leave me reading it a several months to even a few years later. Luckily, this year I still plan on focusing on backlist reads on my TBR, which no includes 2021 releases!

The Books

  • The Death of Jane Lawrence by Caitlin Starling
  • If I Disappear by Eliza Jane Brazier
  • The Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner
  • The Christmas Bookshop by Jenny Colgan
  • Klara and the Sun by Kazuo Ishiguro
  • Fuzz by Mary Roach
  • Small Favors by Erin Craig
  • We Could be Heroes by Mike Chen
  • Dare to Know by James Kennedy

Luckily, two of the above I have as ARCs (I’ve just been slow to read them) and another I already own. I guess we’ll see if I get around to reading these!

What 2021 releases are you hoping to read this year?

  1. I really liked The Christmas Bookshop and The Lost Apothecary and hope you will too when you read them! I would like to read Fuzz too–I love Mary Roach.
